    If you are a registered member, if you are logged in, the registered customer information will be displayed, so please check before proceeding with the order.

    * You can place an order without registering as a member. At the end, a confirmation screen will appear, so make sure there are no mistakes and confirm the order.

  • Arrival of order confirmation email
    After ordering, we will send an order confirmation email to the registered email address.
    If you do not receive the email after the [next business day], please contact us.

    • Cash on delivery

In the case of domestic delivery in Japan, we will deliver by Yamato Transport.
You can specify the arrival date from 5 business days onwards. (Excluding the year-end and New Year holidays) In addition, you can choose the time designation from "morning", "14-16 o'clock", "16-18 o'clock", "18-20 o'clock" and "19-21 o'clock".

  • About product delivery status

    You can check the product delivery status in real time from the Kuroneko Yamato package inquiry system below. To confirm, please click the "tracking number" in the delivery completion email sent after the item has been shipped. We will link to Kuroneko Yamato's luggage inquiry system.

  • Delivery days

    In the case of credit card, Amazon Pay, cash on delivery, we will deliver within 5 business days after payment is completed. In the case of bank transfer, we will deliver within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. If the item you want is out of stock, we will contact you to that effect and cancel your order or wait for it to arrive.

  • Specify delivery date and time
    If you have specified the desired delivery date and time, you can select it. Please note that you cannot specify the date and time for delivery by Nekoposu (posted to the post).

<Overseas Shipping>
Orders from overseas will be delivered by a carrier suitable for the country, such as EMS and FedEx. We will deliver within 5 business days after payment is completed.
